This is a space for public information about the Information Technology pathway courses as well as resources for everyone taking any of the courses.

The fourth semester of Computer Tech Support is a more student-driven course, with much of the time dedicated to independent research and projects.  Areas of focus for this semester will depend on the students in the course.

The third semester of Computer Tech Support prepares students to that the CompTia 220-802 exam - the second exam required for A+ certification.  Areas of focus will include Microsoft Windows administration, computer security, and troubleshooting.  This course is cross-listed with Ivy Tech ITSP 135 Hardware/Software Support.

The second semester of Computer Tech Support prepares students to take the CompTia 220-801 exam - the first exam required for A+ certification.  Areas of focus will include PC hardware and networking.  This course is cross-listed with Ivy Tech ITSP 135 Hardware/Software Support.

The first semester of Computer Tech Support focuses on the fundamentals of using Microsoft Windows, Linux, networking, and basic troubleshooting.  This course is cross-listed with Ivy Tech INFM 109 Informatics Fundamentals.
